Cancellation PolicyBooking an event means you have agreed to SOWRA's cancellation policy. Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person then the following refund arrangements apply: Period of NoticeUp to 2 months - Full refund Up to 2 weeks - 50% refund Less than 2 weeks - No refund All refunds will be minus administration costs (e.g Paypal fees) All cancellations must be made in writing (email) to SOWRA. SOWRA reserves the right to cancel a course or event, though we make every effort to ensure this does not occur. In the event of a course being canceled by SOWRA , alternative dates will be proposed or a full refund of monies paid will be made to the customer. RA-UK takes no responsibility for any incidental, consequential special or indirect losses as a consequence of exceptional cancellations. |
