Trainee presentation competition and prize

Abstracts are invited from trainees for a 10-minute presentation on a topic relating to regional anaesthesia. Abstracts will be reviewed and scored by the organising committee with the 4 highest scoring abstracts selected for oral presentation.There will be 3-4 minutes for questions following the presentation. Audit, original research, case reports and reviews will all be considered. Any applicants not selected for an oral presentation will be invited to submit their presentation as a poster.

The competition is open to all trainee grades. Career grades may also apply to enter but are not eligible for the prize.

A prize of up to £300 will be awarded to the best trainee submission. The prize must be used to fund further education in regional anaesthesia (e.g to attend a meeting/course.)
