Paypal
PayPal is our preferred payment method.
On completing checkout you will be required to log into your Paypal account to complete the transaction.
We will receive immediate notification of your payment and your booking will be automatically confirmed.
Credit/Debit Card
Our credit and debit card payments are processed by Paypal.
You may pay by credit card without a Paypal account.
You will be presented with a screen showing some of the details of your purchase together with some fields in which to enter a PayPal username and password.
Beside the PayPal username/password fields is a text link to click: "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue" which takes you to a screen where you can fill in your details and use a Credit Card to pay. This does not require you to create a PayPal account.
Please note that you can only use a credit card from the same country as your billing address

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Booking an event means you have agreed to SOWRA's cancellation policy.
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person then the following refund arrangements apply:
Period of Notice
Up to 2 months - Full refund
Up to 2 weeks - 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks - No refund
All refunds will be minus administration costs (e.g Paypal fees)
All cancellations must be made in writing (email) to SOWRA.
If you need to cancel a booking please either do this by raising a support ticket or email us ASAP:
- These cancellation terms apply to all events from 2011 onwards.
- SOWRA reserves the right to cancel a course or event, though we make every effort to ensure this does not occur.
- In the event of a course being cancelled by SOWRA , alternative dates will be proposed or a full refund of monies paid will be made to the customer.
- SOWRA takes no responsibility for any incidental, consequential special or indirect losses as a consequence of exceptional cancellations.
